WOOD FIRED STEAKS

All our steaks are aged, hand cut fresh, Certified Angus Beef brand. Only 8% of beef meets CAB brand standards. This is a cut above USDA prime, choice, and select, so you can be sure that every bite is flavorful, tender, and juicy. Our steaks are seasoned and grilled to perfection over hard red oak on our wood fired grill.

Signature-Beef Brisket-

CAB brisket dry rubbed with our own spice blend then slow smoked over hickory for ten hours until tender, served with our homemade sauce.

-Prime Rib Special-

Thursday, Friday and Saturday, after 4:30 pm while it lasts. Seasoned with our own spice rub, slow smoked, tender CAB prime rib, served with au jus. Creamy horseradish sauce upon request. 14 oz cut.
